How to request a refund

Email support@aiinsidershq.com from the address on your account. Include the purchase date so we can find the payment quickly.

What happens next

If you request a refund within 30 days of your first annual membership payment, we will refund that membership payment to the original payment method. This guarantee covers the AI Insiders membership, not completed coaching or consulting services. Bank processing time may vary.

After 30 days

Membership payments are non-refundable after 30 days except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel renewal at any time, and your access will continue through the paid billing period.

After a refund

Paid access ends when the refund is issued. Any downloadable or shareable certificate must remain connected to work completed while the membership was active.
